Software Test Engineer (4-6) yrs
Requirements
- Understand business requirements and prepare comprehensive Test Plans, Test Scenarios, and Test Cases.
- Perform Functional, Integration, Regression, System, UAT, API, Database, Smoke, Sanity, and End-to-End testing.
- Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts.
- Validate REST APIs and backend data using SQL and MongoDB.
- Participate in Sprint Planning, Grooming, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Collaborate with Developers, Business Analysts, Product Owners, Architects, and DevOps teams.
- Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects until closure.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and recommend preventive quality measures.
- Participate confidently in customer meetings, requirement discussions, demonstrations, and release reviews.
- Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the SDLC.
- Drive continuous improvement in testing processes and automation coverage.
